You see, in my experience there are generally 3 different mindsets of beauty professionals...allow me to explain.

The first mindset is it’s just a job...they do what they have to do...no more no less.  As long as they get a paycheck, they are content and satisfied... we all know who they are.  Their thought process is usually, “Sure I will do it, but what's in it for me?”

The second mindset is it’s just a hobby...they like what they do, they want to be stars, they are often not to committed and dabble in a little bit of this and a little bit of that. When the going gets tough they QUIT and they don’t pay the toll.

The third mindset is it’s my career...they are constantly learning, growing, stretching and expanding their thinking and their talents... They are always re-inventing themselves whilst sharing and leading by example...They have an “all out attitude” and they never quit.

What mindset are you and your staff? 
A Job. A Hobby. A Career.
